I went to PF Chang's with my family for an early birthday dinner. I'm usually disappointed in my fortune cookie because they are typically lame, but this fortune I love.

I'm thinking Rome, Italy in the summer would be perfect.

Went to the Viper Room in WeHo for an excellent 100 Monkeys concert. Had lots of fun. The band it so awesome and super entertaining. This was my second time seeing them in less than a month and I still want more.

Say goodbye to the glasses. Today I has my consultation for LASIK eye surgery and all of the tests came back good so I've been approved to go ahead with the surgery. February 16 will be the day. No more glasses, no more contacts...I can't wait.

My kitchen is kind of a mess. It's being remodeled. We just got new counter tops, a fresh coat of paint, and tiled backsplash. Now we just need a new floor and cabinets.

Day 23

So I spilled my dinner, which was lentil soup, all over my carpet. I was carrying my bowl of soup in one hand when I kind of bumped my elbow against the door frame which made my bowl tip over a bit, then soup spilled on my hand and it was HOT! Then I just lost lost control of the bowl cause my hand was being burned by the soup and all of this equals soup all over my carpet. So I had to get out the little carpet cleaner and pick up my mess. I should have taken a picture of all the little lentils covering my carpet but I figured I should clean up my mess as quickly as possible. This is what I get for trying to eat my dinner in front of my TV. Tomorrow I'm sitting at the table.

Check out my new battle wound. I bent over to pick up something off the bottom shelf of my bookshelf and when I went to stand back up I hit my head on the metal case of my Nirvana box CD set. It made my head bleed.

I finally made it to the gym today. It has been way too long since I last visited 24 Hr Fitness.

Day 14

I opened yesterday's mail this morning and got a lovely letter from Wells Fargo stating that I had paid off my student loans. I, of course, already knew this but now I have proof. It's quite an exciting feeling to be able to start off 2010 completely debt free. I don't owe anyone a damn penny and I plan on keeping it that way. Let's call this New Year's resolution #2.

Day 13

I didn't do too much today. I slept in, then made my way to The Block to catch a movie. I saw It's Complicated. It's really good so you should check it out.

Day 12

This is my college diploma frame that has been hanging on my wall for a couple of years. As you can see there is no diploma displayed. I hung the frame on the wall but never got around to placing my diploma inside. So New Year's resolution #1 will be to finish what I start, which means I only have 364 more days to put this off.
